At Sista Moss, we take pride in providing fresh, high-quality products made with care. Because many of our products are perishable, please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on sea moss gel, herbal products, or other perishable items once they have been shipped or delivered.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or spoiled, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A description of the issue

We will review your request and work to make it right.

Refunds & Replacements

Approved refunds or replacements may be issued for:

  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect orders
  • Products spoiled upon arrival

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Shipping Issues

Sista Moss is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by customers
  • Weather or transit issues beyond our control

Please ensure your shipping information is correct before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Once processing or shipping has started, orders cannot be canceled.
